1. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with Notimark, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your initial purchase. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you think you deserve a refund after this period.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at contact@notimark.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
- We will process your request within 1-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Notimark until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
